It has been six years since we first set up our tents along the scenic Pennsy Trail. This year we look forward to a greater turnout than ever.

Over the past years we have progressively grown 40% each year both in attendance as well as vendors & artisans. We could not have accomplished this growth without the community which we live in. Sponsor dollars from generous patrons like you enabled Pennsy Art Fair & Music Festival to offer a free to the public juried Art & Craft festival.

Pennsy Trail Art Fair & Music Festival has also included attractions such as:

Sponsor Levels

Event Sponsor 2000.00- Corporate name above event title on all advertising & all electronic & broadcast media. Continual promotion during event. Name appears above event name on banner at entry to event and in paper program.

Entertainment Tent Sponsor 500.00- Name on banner on stage with microphone. Promotion during event. Top billing advertisement on all music advertising. Eg. Poster & media blitz. Stage advertisement focus on sponsor providing ability to have entertainment tent and add to festival atmosphere. Name appears on banner at entry to event and in paper program

Entertainer(band) Sponsor 300.00- Name appears on banner on stage with microphone promotion time prior to and post band. Name listed under band promotion on all media. Focus of stage advertisement on the sponsor by adding to the event through musical /etc. arts. Name appears on banner at entry to event and in paper program

Stage Sponsor Level 200.00 - Name appears on banner on stage with microphone promotion time during event, Focus on the sponsor adding to the event by providing for the stage and set up of the entertainers. Name appears on banner at entry to event, and in paper program.

Trail Sponsor 200.00- Name appears on banner on stage with microphone promotion time during event, Focus on the sponsor adding to the beautification of Pensy Trail. Name appears on banner at entry to event, and in paper program

Banner Sponsor 150.00 - Name appears on banner at entry to event and microphone advertisement during event. Name listed in program.

Mic Sponsor 100.00 - name mentioned during event and name listed in program

Contributing Sponsor Up To 99.00 - Name mentioned in program and one commercial spot on microphone during the event.
