About the Pennsy Trail Art Fair & Bluegrass Festival
The Pennsy Trail Art Fair & Bluegrass Festival is a juried finer arts and crafts fair. Its mission statement is "Art Giving Life to the Community". The event was created to link the arts, the local community and local social service needs. Proceeds from the Art Fair benefit the Mental Health America of Hancock County, a United Way of Central Indiana Agency. Charities Benefited by the Art Fair...
Mental Health America of Hancock County traces its beginnings to 1954. MHA plays a leadership role in mental wellness services for children, adolescents, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, support groups for persons with special needs, and mental wellness issues. MHA advocates for the needs and rights of the mentally ill and works with State and local elected officials and in our community to ensure adequate funding and services for persons in need.
